“I’ve experienced a number of situations with employees where I felt the need for guidance, critique, or professional support. The techniques I’ve learned from Sally regarding performance management have been priceless. I’ve literally seen an employee on the brink of termination turn their performance around in a matter of days when I applied Sally’s techniques. Her ability to pick up on the most subtle issue that is causing the problem is amazing to me. Any question or scenario Sally has consulted with me on have yielded strong, solid results for my reports and me. This is not just “seminar-speak” – lots of fluff with no meat; it’s the real, actionable deal, which has helped me gain confidence when coaching and disciplining. It’s all about employees and their development.”– Christine I. Riverside, CA.
